Working with us — UK and international
OnSquared is based in London. For clients in London and the South East we are happy to meet in person for the kick-off and key reviews. For everyone else — anywhere in the UK, or internationally — the whole project runs remotely and the outcome is exactly the same: video calls for the important conversations, short written updates in between, and a shared link to preview the site as it comes together.
We work in English across time zones and handle payment securely online, in pounds sterling. Time differences have not been a problem — most of the back-and-forth is asynchronous, and we schedule live calls at a time that suits you. If you are outside the UK and unsure whether it will work, ask us; we will be honest about it.

You do not need a full brief, but these details help us give you a useful first reply instead of a list of questions:

Do you charge for a quote or a call? No. The first call and the written quote are free, with no obligation.
