Overview

Directed by Suby is a wedding-film brand built around cinematic storytelling. The project called for a wedding videographer website that would make the work feel intentional, emotive and premium — giving couples a reason to pause, watch and enquire.

OnSquared, a London-based web design agency, designed and built a portfolio-led website that puts the films first.

The challenge

Wedding videography is highly visual and highly personal. A conventional service website can make a filmmaker feel interchangeable; the experience needed to let the work lead while still giving couples a clear route to understand the offer and take the next step.

• Emotion before explanation: the website needed to create an immediate film-led first impression.
• Portfolio as proof: couples need to see a recognisable point of view, not just a list of packages.
• Premium conversion path: the journey from viewing a film to making an enquiry needed to stay simple and elegant.

What we did

   The layout gives visual work space to breathe, creating a more editorial alternative to a standard wedding-supplier template.

   Project presentation is designed to help couples explore the filmmaker's style before moving into service and contact information.

3. A refined enquiry experience

   Clear calls to action keep the next step visible without interrupting the visual experience.
